Printing methods

Dye-sublimation printing

Dye-sublimation thermal transfer printing offers the highest-quality, most durable print, in any colour. This can be very cost effective for small numbers of lanyards.

Screen printing

Screen printing is the most cost-effective print method on large numbers, placing the ink directly on top of the material.

Base material is always white or it can be pre-dyed on the reel where large quantities are involved. Any two-colour combination which includes white is considered as one-colour printing (ie, red lanyard with white text or white ribbon with green logo). We can offer a mixture of screen printing and dye-sublimation on the same lanyard.

UV security printing

For concerts and other events, we can preprint lanyards with UV security ink which will fluoresce under ultra-violet light.
