Databac Group, specialist provider of identification solutions, has
acquired Titeloc, UK designer and manufacturer of ID accessories. The
acquisition encompasses the Titeloc brand, patent and client base, stock.
The move amplifies Databac's vast range of ID products and widens its
customer base in the accessories market. Databac will service and support
all existing Titeloc clients.
Among the Titeloc products Databac adds is the patented Titeloc clip, a
plastic badge clip popular for use at conferences and in metal-free and
clean-sterile areas, such as airports, manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical
laboratories and hospitals.
Databac managing director Charles Balcomb commented: "Our accessories
business has increased greatly over the past two years, particularly in the
area of personalised products such as branded lanyards and yoyos. We aim to
maintain this upward momentum and the purchase of Titeloc strengthens our
position in this field."
The Titeloc web site www.titeloc.com will remain operational.
