The Databac Group, specialist provider of identification solutions, will demonstrate Dataimage 32-bit, its latest software for card production and visitor control, at Expo Protection in Paris. The newly-developed Windows-based software enables high-quality card printing and the effective management of visitors, contractors and temporary personnel. Dataimage Professional has an optional biometric module to allow digital fingerprint storage and verification, for high-security applications. Visitors to the Databac stand will be able to see the system in use with a variety of card and paper pass printers, fingerprint readers, signature pads and scanners.
Databac will also show the Verid+ range of fingerprint verification units from TSSI. Verid+ readers improve the security of access control systems, prevent stolen hours in time &
attendance and provide positive identification by matching people to their cards.
Fargo's latest range of card printers, the C16 and PRO-LX, will also be on display, offering superior print quality and extended durability, using Fargo's PolyGuard laminates. These printers include internal card docking stations for encoding MIFARE (contactless) and ISO7816 (contact) smart chips, as well as proximity and magnetic stripe cards.
Visitors can collect samples of branded accessories, such as yo-yos and lanyards, which are part of Databac's extensive range of products which allow users to display, protect and dispense cards.
In addition, the full range of Databac's polyester, PVC and composite cards will be shown to demonstrate to visitors the various attributes which make each card suitable to distinct applications.
