Custom-printed lanyards / ID card chains

For corporate or event branding, Databac will print text and graphics onto its neck cords and lanyards. Artwork needs to be supplied prior to quotation. Proofs are provided for approval before manufacture. Materials Lanyards are available as satin ribbon or in three types of braid - fine braid, with a tight weave for fine print; comfort braid, with a tight weave for screen print; or soft braid, with a coarser braid for standard print. Length: 900mm average. Widths: 10mm, 16mm and 25mm. Printing techniques Two printing techniques can be used to personalise lanyards or ribbons. Dye-sublimation printing offers the highest-quality, most durable print, in any colour. Screen printing is the most cost-effective print method, placing the ink directly on top of the material. With either method, the base material is always white, with the colour added during the printing process. Therefore, any two-colour combination which includes white is considered as one colour printing (ie, red lanyard with white text or white ribbon with green logo).
