It manages up to 2,100 people, or 4,200 fingerprints (two fingerprints per person), and is highly secure: live finger detection eliminates the possibility of using a photocopy or image of a fingerprint. It includes four LEDs (On, OK, Error and Ready) and emits an audible signal to let the user know if they have logged in or out correctly. Staff On Time software is included (see below). Staff On Time Plus 2 has USB or TCP/IP connectivity. The TCP/IP terminal is supplied with a special adaptor which connects it to a remote network PC running the SOT software. This modern-looking terminal can be wall-mounted or placed on a desk with a stand. The USB version is available in blue, silver, orange and green; the TCP/IP version comes in blue.

It comprises fully configurable Staff On Time software (see below), while the fingerprint terminal features programmable keys and an LCD display. The unit emits an audible signal to inform users whether they have logged in or out correctly. Management reports are customisable and can cover incident reports, punctuality reports and productivity reports per department. Staff On Time Pro is compatible with other SOT products (Retail Bio-I, etc) to allow for multiple entry and exit points. It can also be connected with other Pro readers with the use of the Corporate Server. The TCP/IP version comes supplied with a special adaptor which connects it to a remote network PC running the SOT software. Featuring an attractive, modern design, the terminal can be wall- or desk-mounted. The USB reader is available in blue or silver; the TCP/IP reader comes in blue. 	Code: DG-SOTSMARTBIO		Staff On Time Smart Bio The Staff On Time Smart Bio is a highly-secure biometric time and attendance solution which comprises a fingerprint scanner and a smart card reader in a single unit. The fingerprint reader incorporates CMOS technology to verify the person using a high-security contact chip card. Employees' fingerprints are stored on the card, securely encrypted using DES and MAC encryption standards. This allows for an unlimited number of users. Included is the Staff On Time software (see below). The reader emits an audible signal to inform the user whether they have logged in or out correctly. If the card is lost, it cannot be used by another person. Each reader includes a pack of 20 smart cards. Additional smart cards can be purchased separately.
	Code: DG-SOTCU Code: DG-SOTCUWM (with Web Module)		Staff On Time Control Unit & Web Module The Staff On Time Control Unit connects up to four Pro USB terminals to function simultaneously to allow for centralised data storage, collection and processing, and to extend functionality to include access control. Ideal for medium- to large-sized companies, it enables data to be stored in a secure area or security room, away from the main server if desired. Up to 2100 employees can be managed and the terminals can be located at separate entry and exit points. The Access module can be programmed to function as a switch to operate locks, alarms, lights and other electronic systems, activated by authorised fingerprint. A fully-networked, fully-customisable corporate time and attendance and access solution. The optional Web Module enables HR managers to consult employee data via the network or internet, from head office or other remote location. Compatible with Internet Explorer 6 and Mozilla Firefox 1.4 and developed in ASP.NET, the Web Server is a reliable, user-friendly and above all very secure program. A VPN is not necessary.

Staff On Time software Included with all SOT terminals and systems, Staff On Time software allows each employee to link to a work schedule or timetable - whether on a full-time, part-time or flexi-time basis - and can include all national holidays. Staff On Time software works with codes. Codes can be assigned to user groups, such as department or other category. In the same way, codes can be established for activities like client meetings, doctor's visits and lunch hours. By programming the keys on a standard keyboard or a SOT terminal keypad, an employee can log a client visit with a couple of keystrokes and a fingerprint scan, identifying himself, his department and the reason for leaving the premises. Staff On Time software enables an organisation to analyse the productivity of its workforce. The administrator can generate a variety of reports ranging in complexity from total working hours and incident reports, to full productivity reviews by individual or department. Data can be exported to any Microsoft application (CSV compatible with Access and Excel). Data security is inherent, with password protection, different access levels, security backup copy and full database recovery. Staff On Time software consists of three modules: The Admin module is used to store and manage the Staff On Time databases, including fingerprint, timetables and holiday allowances. The ID module logs and verifies the employees' entries and exits, each time their fingerprint is read. The Info module informs if the employees are present or absent, providing a list of who is in our out of the building using a green/red light system.
