Description

Dataimage Lite is Databac's card personalisation software, providing you with the basic tools to start printing photo ID cards in-house. This easy-to-use, Windows-based software is delivered to you free of charge when you purchase a card printer from us.

Dataimage Lite enables you to produce cards in full colour, incorporating variable text, logos and photos. Its flexible design capability allows text to appear in any True-Type font, in any size, in any colour, while photos, images and logos can be imported into the system.

How it works

To produce badges, all you need to do is choose the design, enter the data, capture the image and print.

  • Design
    Dataimage Lite has a WYSIWYG design module allowing you to create your badge design, with imported company logos, security backgrounds and other graphics.
  • Data capture
    Personal data like name and address is typed directly into the system.
  • Image capture
    The person's image is imported from a variety of image formats. Dataimage Lite features tools to enhance the image.
  • Encode
    Dataimage Lite features an in-built capability automatically to encode magnetic stripes.

Security

Dataimage Lite is designed for maximum ease of use, without compromising security. The standalone software is dongle-protected.

Print your cards with ease

The software will print to any Windows-supported printer. Using a laser or inkjet printer, inserts can be printed and laminated to produce an ID card. Using a card printer, photos and data can be printed directly onto PVC, PET and other card substrates.
