Paper

Paper is an ideal material for cards with a very short lifespan. Typical applications are telephone cards, travel passes, car park tickets and day passes to conferences, seminars and festivals.

Simple, green and versatile

Though not water- or heat-resistant, paper cards have many qualities. They are very cheap to produce, offer excellent full-colour print quality, can have a variety of finishes such as gloss varnish overlays and, importantly, are the most environmentally-friendly option available today when sourced from sustainable forests. They are easily recyclable, too.

Paper cards, tickets and passes

Databac's paper cards, tickets and passes are manufactured using a variety of gauges and types of paper substrates. Depending on the application, we can produce these suitable for personalisation using laser, inkjet and direct thermal and resin transfer printers. They can also be pre-printed and magstripes and visible or infrared barcodes can be included.

RFID credentials

For proximity / RFID applications, we offer paper products incorporating most types of technologies (including Mifare, Hitag-S, I-code, UHF, EM) for use with visitor, event, tracking, time recording and other contactless systems. We can incorporate these into the paper card, ticket or pass during manufacture or they can simply be added in the form of an adhesive label.

Labels can be supplied as one-up, on continuous rolls or stationery compatible with your printer. For example, we produce car park tickets punched out specifically to suit different models of printers such as Swecoin, SkiData and others.
