TOUGH card™
Databac's flagship product, TOUGH card, is the result of over eight years'
development. This 100% polyester card is designed for direct printing of cards
which need an extended lifetime. TOUGH card is constructed of layers of PET
for ultimate flexibility and features a unique amorphous surface, which opens up
to receive the dye and subsequently closes up, protecting the inks, for superb,
durable print quality. Datacard and Fargo printers produce excellent results.
TOUGH card has a lifespan of up to 10 years and is recyclable. Ideal for driving
licence and national ID projects, it can be pre-printed with standard and security inks.
