IDB SERIES 1

IDB Series 1 is a simple system whereby instant photographs are laminated with an information insert into a polyester pouch. It comprises a four-shot instant camera, bench photo die cutter, laminator and carrying case. The system allows one, two or four identical passport photos to be taken in colour or black-and-white. These are cut to size and laminated to produce a durable, tamper-evident ID card.
A variety of pouches is available, ranging from standard two-part to four-part pouches which contain pre-cut apertures for both photos and information inserts. These can incorporate barcodes, magnetic stripes and other technologies so that they may be used with an automated system, if required.
This is an affordable system, ideal for clubs and small/medium companies wishing to produce cards on-site.

IDB SERIES 2

IDB Series 2 is an All-photo system, which uses an 'All-photo' camera to capture the photo of the individual and the variable information insert containing the details of that person. A single image is printed onto an instant sheet of film and laminated. Series 2 includes an All-photo instant camera, manual photo die cutter, PL4 laminator and carrying case.
The camera reduces the data by around 40 per cent, providing a higher level of security than the four-shot photo system. The camera utilises a data input card, which is pre-printed with the company logo and employee data. This card is inserted into a slot on the side of camera and a photo of the subject is taken. A series of optical lenses within the camera exposes both the data on the data input card and
the employee photo onto the film.
Two identical or two different All-photo inserts can be produced per sheet of film. This is die-cut and laminated into an All-photo pouch to form a robust, tamper-evident card.
IDB Series 2 is ideal for all types and sizes of organisations.
