When it comes to visitor control, Databac can provide complete solutions based on its visitor management software, as well as traditional visitor book systems and all necessary components, from label printers to biometric verification devices.

Visitor management software

Our visitor management software provides a powerful solution for enrolling, pre-booking and managing your visitors. It can be used for signing visitors in and out, complete with a visual ID record and integrated with biometrics if required for secure environments such as prisons.

With its integrated design module, our software also enables you to create high-quality ID badges. Using a range of inkjet, label and card printers, you can produce paper/adhesive passes (including Databac's auto-expiring range), plastic cards and rewritable badges, in single or full colour, with text, graphics, photos and signatures. Passes can include a barcode, magnetic stripe or contactless chip to automate the visitor log in / out process.

Databac visitor management software can be fully customised to suit specific data entry and user interface design requirements.

Self-registration mode

To avoid long queues or for kiosk-style visitor log-in stations, the self-registration mode can be activated. Step-by-step data entry screens are displayed which enable new visitors to enter their own data, capture photos, log in and print a pass. Returning visitors can search for their data and print a new pass. When leaving, visitors can auto log out by scanning their pass.

Visitor mini apps

Included within the Visitor software are some mini applications including Dataimage Scan Verifier aimed at event/visitor control and is a visual/audio verification system which grants or denies access when people scan their card or pass.

Event registration

The software can also be adapted for event badging, registration and tracking. In fact, it can drive the entire events management process, from direct mail and ticket/pass printing to exhibitor data collection and daily attendance reports. Talk to our sales team for full details.

Visitor book systems

For those businesses that prefer to use traditional visitor book systems, we have a range of visitor books which allow visitors to sign in manually. Visitor passes (we offer paper and as special semi-permanent adhesive labels) can be as simple as a tear-out copy from the visitor book or a self-expiring pass with ink that fades within a particular time frame. Labels are available in sheet and roll format and we can offer a range of label, ticket and paper pass printers.

Rewritable systems

For businesses that prefer plastic cards to paper visitor passes, huge savings can be made by opting for reusable plastic cards.
