Description

Valid today, void tomorrow. The Direct-thermal TAB-Expiring Visitor Pass changes colour to prevent re-use and does not need to be retrieved from visitors leaving the premises. The self-adhesive pass is activated simply by folding over an integrated tab and the word 'VOID' appears overnight. The patented one-piece design speeds up visitor registration and leaves no waste or mess.

Direct thermal printing

The TAB-Expiring Visitor Pass is printed using standard thermal label printers*, making it compatible with visitor management software such as Databac's Dataimage Visitor. Databac can preprint logos and branding onto the passes in full colour, making them a full part of your corporate collateral.

How it works

Load one roll of passes (250 passes per roll) into the direct thermal printer. Design the pass using your visitor management software. Print the visitor data onto the pass, remove it from the printer and peel away the liner.

The red tab is folded behind the pass to activate the expiration and it is handed to the visitor to wear. A visible 'VOID' will appear on the right side of the pass overnight, rendering the pass expired.

* Direct Thermal TAB-Expiring Visitor Passes are designed to work on popular direct thermal printers. They are not compatible with Brother printers.
