Visitor control & badging

Our Dataimage Visitor software offers simple, secure log-in/log-out of visitors while managing the issuance of paper passes or plastic ID badges. Once registered, the visitor's record with photo and details is called up on screen for verification.

We provide all equipment and supplies, including paper pass printers, plastic card printers, vinyl pouches, lanyards/clips, paper passes and blank cards. We can also preprint passes with the prison logo, emergency instructions and other text.

Rewritable plastic visitor badges

Our rewritable badge solution allows plastic cards to be printed erased and reprinted for new visitors up to 500 times, making professional-looking plastic cards a cost-effective option. They can also incorporate magstripe, chip and proximity technologies for use with your existing access systems.

Biometric access

For high-security access control, we have fully-networkable biometric systems which deploy fingerprint, palm vein, voice or facial recognition or a combination of these. They can also be integrated with card readers for a secure two-tier authorisation process.

Asset tracking
