Fargo Printer Driver Installation Instructions

run the self extracting zip file
change the unzip path to C:\Fargo you will be prompted when the extraction is complete.
close the extraction window
from the start menu select settings and then printers (start menu printers and faxes on win xp)
click the add new printer icon, this will bring up a wizard
click next and select local printer ***note: uncheck automatic detection***
select LPT1 (recommended port) and click next
this screen will show a list of printer manufacturers, select have disk a screen will pop up prompting you to select a disk path, select browse and then open the folder C:\Fargo
another window will pop up showing the useable install file select this and click open
select ok and this will bring up a window with your Fargo printer, click next
the rest of the option windows after this will be down to your own preference eg: whether you want to set your Fargo as a default printer
when you get to the last screen it will show you all of the options you have selected, click finish and your printer will be installed
